Bridges at Stone Creek offers outpatient treatment programs designed for success in achieving and maintaining your mental health. Treatment programs are individually designed and tailored to meet the needs of each person. The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) works with adults (18 years and older) who are in need of more frequent and comprehensive services than traditional outpatient therapy can provide. We provide a safe, cost efficient, clinically effective program in a supportive, uplifting environment.

Assessment

A compassionate and confidential evaluation begins with a simple phone call. We are often able to complete psychiatric evaluations within 24 hours. This enables the program participant and Bridges staff to address problems immediately. Our staff will work with you to design your optimal treatment plan. Psychological testing may be used to bring further clarification to diagnostic questions.
